I really like your last line: "focus on re-aligning your subconscious belief so that it supports you in living the life you love." It is wonderfully positive and actually gets to the point of what needs to get done.

I've used many exercises to align myself to goals including: meditation techniques, affirmations, goal setting and new age healing work. Finding what works for you and doing it is great!

I think that the secret to mind-engagement involves setting and achieving your personal goals. One you've accomplished these, you've in essence, won in life. There could be no more satisfying feel. So how do go about achieving your goals?

You have to have the right belief system to accomplish your dreams. This involves a mindset that reinforces good habits and rids your mind of habits that do not bring you closer to your goals.

A vision board is a tool that helps your brain focus on what’s important and what is not. If you are constantly thinking about something, the chances are you will place more attention to it. This is when you begin to create habits that bring you closer to your goals.

John Assaraf recently released a book, "The Complete Vision Board Kit" which describes this process. When you have a second, I suggest reading some of the information on www.TheVisionBoardKit.com. You can also download a free chapter from his book.

On this episode.... you were not able to complete it due to time. Was wondering what the final step or "thing" was. You stated that you would complete it on the next show... Is it posted somewhere else?

Next show looks like "self-sabotage" which I read and is very good. Thanks

Stocks go up and down as always. People who were too pessimistic and sold all their stock will want to die... It actually went up a lot yesterday. It will be interesting to see if it comes back to were it was.

It is so hard to be unconditional. But I think that we should learn how to be like that. The key to me for being unconditional is not to have too much expectation on everything.

I strongly agree that for permanent change to take effect, we need to change our mindset, which is internal. Many a times, we treat external factors as contributors to our failures. But to address this issue, we need to see them through ourself. "Did we really make that mistake?". If so, rectify it. By doing so, we will feel better knowing the fact that we ACCEPTED the outcome and also being honest.

Very true indeed. I think when we are in a process we feel we have to do things, it does not come from the heart. Progress on the other hand comes from the heart, leads to inspired action and is full of passion and enjoyable.
